Rajala Rental - Vuokrausehdot
Soveltamisala
Sopimuksen ehtoja sovelletaan valokuvaus- ja videokuvauslaitteiden vuokraukseen Osk. Rajala Oy:n ja asiakkaan välillä.
Sopimus
Sopimus on sitova, eikä asiakas voi siirtää sopimusta tai edelleenvuokrata laitteita kolmannelle osapuolelle.
Maksutavat ja hinnoittelu
Vakuudeksi hyväksytään luottokortti tai Rajala Pro Shop tiliasiakkuus. Valitettavasti emme hyväksy maksutapana käteistä.
Päivän vuokrahinta on 5% vuokrattavan laitteen myyntihinnasta, kuitenkin vähintään 50€/vuorokausi. Viikon vuokra-ajasta veloitetaan neljän (4) vuorokauden vuokrahinta.
Vuokrahinnan lisäksi asiakas maksaa vuokravakuuden, joka on 30% laitteen myyntihinnasta, kuitenkin vähintään 300€. Vakuus palautetaan asiakkaalle vuokralaitteiden palautuksen yhteydessä, mikäli laitteet ovat moitteettomassa kunnossa.
Vuokralleantajan oikeus
Osk. Rajala Oy pidättää itsellään oikeuden olla vuokraamatta laitteita syytä ilmoittamatta. Osk. Rajala Oy:llä on oikeus tarkistaa asiakkaan henkilöllisyys ja luottotiedot ennen vuokrausta.
Vuokrauksen kohde
Vuokrauksen kohde on tilauksessa erikseen luetteloitu. Vuokrattuja laitteita tulee käyttää normaaleissa, kullekin laitteelle soveltuvissa käyttöolosuhteissa. Osk. Rajala Oy olettaa asiakkaan hallitsevan laitteiden tavanomaisen ja asianmukaisen käytön.
Osk. Rajala Oy vuokraa laitteet asiakkaalle toimintakuntoisina ja tarkistettuina. Asiakkaan tulee tarkastaa laitteet ne vastaanottaessaan, sekä todeta ja hyväksyä niiden olevan toimintakuntoisia. Mahdollisista puutteista tai vioista on asiakkaan ilmoitettava välittömästi.
Vuokra-aika ja laitteiden palautus
Vuokra-aika on tilauksessa määritelty. Vuokra-ajan yli menevästä ajasta veloitetaan normaalihinnaston mukainen vuokra kaksinkertaisena.
Palautettavat laitteet tulee olla samassa kunnossa, kuin noudettaessa. Palautuksen yhteydessä laitteiden kunto tarkistetaan. Palauttamatta jätetyistä laitteista tehdään rikosilmoitus.
Vuokralleantajan vastuut
Osk. Rajala Oy vastaa laitteista maksimissaan vuokrasummaa vastaavalla määrällä, eikä vastaa mahdollisesta vahingosta tai haitasta, joka aiheutuu esim. laitteiden rikkoontumisesta, viasta tai toimimattomuudesta.
Asiakkaan vastuut
Asiakas sitoutuu käyttämään laitteita ammattitaitoisesti ja huolellisesti. Vuokra-aikana sattuneesta vahingosta tai huolimattomuudesta johtuvat rikkoontumiset korjataan asiakkaan kustannuksella. Vuokra-ajalla mahdollisesti kadonneet tai varastetut laitteet asiakas korvaa täysimääräisenä samanlaiseen laitteen hankintahinnalla. Asiakkaan vastuulla ei ole laitteiden luonnollinen kuluminen.
Laitteita ei ole vakuutettu Osk. Rajala Oy:n toimesta. Vuokrauksen ja mahdollisen kuljetuksen aikana laitteet ovat asiakkaan vastuulla. Varastetuista laitteista on tehtävä välittömästi rikosilmoitus.
Sopimusrikkomus
Mikäli asiakas rikkoo sopimusta tai mahdollisesti todetaan maksukyvyttömäksi, Osk. Rajala Oy katsoo oikeudekseen purkaa sopimuksen ja saada laitteisto asiakkaalta välittömästi.

Scope of Application
The terms of the agreement apply to the rental of photography and videography equipment between Osk. Rajala Oy and the customer.
Agreement
The agreement is binding, and the customer may not transfer it or sublease the equipment to a third party.
Payment Methods and Pricing
Accepted forms of security are a credit card or a Rajala Pro Shop account. Unfortunately, cash is not accepted.
The daily rental price is 5% of the retail price of the rented equipment, with a minimum of €50/day. Weekly rentals are charged at the equivalent of four (4) days’ rental.
In addition to the rental fee, the customer must pay a rental deposit, which is 30% of the equipment’s retail price, with a minimum of €300. The deposit will be refunded to the customer upon return of the equipment, provided the equipment is in proper condition.
Lessor’s Rights
Osk. Rajala Oy reserves the right to refuse rental of equipment without explanation. Osk. Rajala Oy has the right to verify the customer’s identity and credit information prior to rental.
Rental Object
The rental object is listed separately in the order. Rented equipment must be used under normal conditions appropriate for each device. Osk. Rajala Oy assumes that the customer is familiar with the proper and standard use of the equipment.
Osk. Rajala Oy rents the equipment to the customer in working condition.. The customer must inspect the equipment upon receipt and confirm that it is operational. Any deficiencies or defects must be reported immediately.
Rental Period and Equipment Return
The rental period is defined in the order. Any time beyond the rental period will be charged at double the regular rental rate.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as when picked up. The condition of the equipment will be checked upon return. A police report will be filed for any equipment not returned.
Lessor’s Liability
Osk. Rajala Oy is liable for the equipment up to the amount of the rental fee and is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from, for example, breakage, defect, or malfunction of the equipment.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to use the equipment professionally and carefully. Damage or breakage resulting from negligence during the rental period will be repaired at the customer’s expense. Any equipment lost or stolen during the rental period must be compensated in full by the customer at the purchase price of equivalent equipment. Natural wear and tear is not the responsibility of the customer.
Equipment is not insured by Osk. Rajala Oy. During the rental and any transportation, the equipment is the customer’s responsibility. A police report must be filed immediately for any stolen equipment.
Breach of Agreement
If the customer violates the agreement or is deemed insolvent, Osk. Rajala Oy reserves the right to terminate the agreement and retrieve the equipment from the customer immediately.
